Privacy Policy

ManualForms is operated by Piklok S.r.l. (Via Libertà III Trav. Dx. 7, 80055 Portici (NA), Italy — VAT IT09545701212), acting as data controller.

We collect: account data (email), the forms you create, responses submitted to your forms, metadata about blocked copy/paste attempts — including the attempted text itself, truncated to that field's character limit, with a flag noting whether it was cut short — and aggregated typing signals used to compute the integrity score. We also use Firebase Analytics to understand product usage (e.g. sign-ups, form creation, submissions).

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@manualforms.com or piklok@legalmail.it. If you enable a third-party AI-detection service (planned for a future Pro release), analyzed text will also be subject to that provider's privacy policy, listed in our documentation once available.
