1. The service
ManualForms is operated by Piklok S.r.l., an Italian limited liability company, and provides an online form builder with copy/paste blocking and typing-behavior analysis features intended to reduce and monitor non-authentic response attempts.
6. Limitation of liability for integrity indicators
The copy/paste blocking feature and the integrity score / AI-detection signal provided by the Service are probabilistic indicators, based on behavioral heuristics (typing cadence, editing patterns, blocked paste attempts) and, where enabled, on signals from third-party AI-generated-text detection services. These indicators do not constitute an absolute guarantee of the authenticity, authorship, or drafting method of any response, and may produce false positives and false negatives. The Service must not be used as the sole basis for decisions that carry significant legal, disciplinary, academic, or contractual consequences for a third party without independent human review. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Piklok S.r.l. is not liable for decisions the User makes based on these indicators.
7. Data collected about respondents
The Service records metadata about blocked copy/paste attempts (question, timestamp, approximate length of the pasted content) — including the attempted text itself, truncated to that question's configured character limit, with a flag noting when it was cut short. ManualForms is operated by Piklok S.r.l. (Via Libertà III Trav. Dx. 7, 80055 Portici (NA), Italy — VAT IT09545701212), acting as data controller.
We collect: account data (email), the forms you create, responses submitted to your forms, metadata about blocked copy/paste attempts — including the attempted text itself, truncated to that field's character limit, with a flag noting whether it was cut short — and aggregated typing signals used to compute the integrity score. We also use Firebase Analytics to understand product usage (e.g. sign-ups, form creation, submissions). If a respondent reports a form as suspicious, we store the form ID, an optional message, and a timestamp.
You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@manualforms.com or piklok@legalmail.it. If you enable a third-party AI-detection service (planned for a future Pro release), analyzed text will also be subject to that provider's privacy policy, listed in our documentation once available.
